Building and leading the team of business insight analysts and social data operations.
Providing robust data-led insight to clients.
Continually enhance and drive improvements in data visualization, analytics and reporting within the Business Insight Team.
Business Insight leadership: lead business insight analyst to provide a holistic understanding of operational performance and new strategic opportunities.
Interpret a broad spectrum of business category, brand, product, Representatives and Consumer information and apply insight to make recommendations to senior management to influence business decision making.
Lead design and implementation of data metrics display corresponding with business segmentation requirements.
Provide research model analytics to improve current reports.
Develop high performing and self-driven analytics team - reliable business partners to other departments locally.
Ensure skills and capability enhancement, and transferability within the team.
Manage team development, performance, and succession to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Direct the process: manage the day-to-day responsibilities of several research projects from start to finish, help frame objectives, develop research design and sampling plans.
Find operational efficiencies, drive them forward and collaborate with team members so that projects get done well and right: on time and on strategy for the client.
Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate. Become a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their big picture strategy and day to day needs.
At least 5-7 years working as Manager position in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Insight/ Data Analytics/ Market Research field.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields with strong quantitative and qualitative research background.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
Desire/passion to transform how decisions are made through ad hoc & scaled application of analytics.
Demonstrated success at deriving insight from data and effectively communicating those insights to drive action.
Logical & critical thinking, willing to learn new things.
Strong English (presentation, writing and listening) skills.
