JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Identify client needs, draft project briefs to collect data for research
      purposes.
    • Preparing report templates referring to project research.
    • Analyzing, interpreting data (by any forms) and writing reports following
      client’s requirements, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
    • Manage the research plan to effectively discover, provide valuable
      insight with data analytics and translating key findings into written
      reports.
    • Quality Control the research process and output deliverables.
    • Make sure the reports are on schedule; the quality of the report is in
      accordance with the company’s standards and client requirements.
    • Control and process data collection process and data quality to
      customers.
    • Maintain relationships with clients, directly answering clients’ inquiries.
    • Develop an effective research / insight plan to support current clients
      and prospects’ objectives and strategies.

KEY SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or
      related fields.
    • Love research & report activities.
    • Fresh graduate or familiar with research / insight role.
    • Be enthusiastic for traditional media empowerment and its possibilities
      to build strong brand propositions.
    • Have good analytical skills to deal with both number and word analysis.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Be organized, careful and detail-oriented with good communication
      skills.
    • Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    • A statistical background is desirable.
