RESPONSIBILITIES

Contracting B2B potential customers & prospects:

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Generates leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Understands the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Supervises the work in the process with current clients and report as requested by supervisors and directors
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

Implementing within the agreed scope of work:

  • Manages client contracts & projects
  • Coordinates personnel within the department and with other department inside the company.
  • Ensures quality of service outputs
  • Manage product & service quality of third parties or agents
  • Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  • Supports Marketing Department

Maintaining & developing relationships with current clients:

  • Develops long-term business relationship with partners
  • Consults information, solutions of relevant services for existing customers based on incurred demand during project implementation.
  • Customers information management
  • Proactively approaches customers to offer products and business solutions of Kompa Consulting
  • Annual services & business solutions assessment & evaluation
  • Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.

Training, managing & developing in-house team:

  • Plans & arranges human resources according to project implementation & workload.
  • Develops succession training for in-house teams
  • Evaluates & assess teamwork efficiency
  • Records performance of team members & OKRs.

Improve quality of services & products:

  • Proactively innovates to improve quality of current products & services
  • Plans & implements working methods to improve performance

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 5+ years marketing experience required with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
  • A strong working knowledge of digital marketing mix including email, SEO, PPC, Social & Affiliates.
  • English proficiency in written communication preferred but not required.
