
Talent Management Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with Hiring manager & Stakeholder to diversity sourcing, internal recruiting, coordination to optimize efficiency and bring to bear the full recruitment life cycle, end to end.
- Develop recruitment plans and strategy for the short and long term
- Optimize recruiting process to reach better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
- Managing hiring processes via ATS, Job Boards.. and tracking work via weekly and monthly reports.
- Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands.
- Design recruitment workflow and relevant materials.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition in global startup/tech environments.
- Experience in Organizational Structure Management, Employer Branding is a plus
- Good command of English
- Exposure to / practice in Talent Management Analytics
- Open-minded and flexibility
- Strong solution-oriented and technology attuned.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships across functions
