KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with Hiring manager & Stakeholder to diversity sourcing, internal recruiting, coordination to optimize efficiency and bring to bear the full recruitment life cycle, end to end.
• Develop recruitment plans and strategy for the short and long term
• Optimize recruiting process to reach better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
• Managing hiring processes via ATS, Job Boards.. and tracking work via weekly and monthly reports.
• Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands.
• Design recruitment workflow and relevant materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-4 years of working experience in staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition in global startup/tech environments.
• Experience in Organizational Structure Management, Employer Branding is a plus
• Good command of English
• Exposure to / practice in Talent Management Analytics
• Open-minded and flexibility
• Strong solution-oriented and technology attuned.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships across functions
